We're trying to download our approx. 30.000 submissions, but we're not succeeding.
Could you please inform if there is another way to get hold on our submission list.

As you have many submissions, this is probably creating difficulties. A way to get around this is to download batches.
In order to do so please go to submissions:
Select definitions > custom time frame > enter date range:
You can download the submissions of that time range.
In addition we have sent the submission list to the email associated with your Jotform account.
Let us know if the problem persists.
