I have been happily using Jotform for the contact forms on my blogs for several years now.  My email provider is Microsoft (Hotmail/Live Mail/Outlook).  Apparently, Microsoft has recently implemented changes such that every email submitted via my Jotform forms are now marked as junk.  Consequently, I have missed important contacts.  Microsoft has been no help at all with this problem.

I have been trying to devise a rule that allows my Jotform emails to go directly to my inbox, but nothing I try seems to work.  Can you please help with this problem?  Is there any way to allow Jotform submitted emails to bypass the spam filters and go directly to my inbox?

    Thank you very much.

    Thank you for contacting us.

We would like to recommend you to update a Sender E-mail on your form Email Notification to our standard noreply@jotform.com email address.

It will switch the Email Notification sending method to Amazon SES which should be more reliable in your case.
