I did not find any records that emails were sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com today from form you provided. I have also done test submission and after that I have checked our email log but Notification was not sent to email addresses that are set as recipient of your email Notification.
However Autoresponder email was sent.
I noticed that you are using your own Email Address as Sender Email. Maybe you did not not set your SMTP credentials right. Inside of this article you can find out how to to it:
Also you can use Mandrill to Send Emails From Your Own Email Address:
You can also set firstname.lastname@example.org as sender email address.
You can also whitelist JotMails IP Addresses:
I would also suggest you to create one additional email Notification and set only one recipient email address per Notification.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
If you see no record of e-mails being sent please explain the history trail I see in my account showing these e-mails were sent. This information is coming directly from the account history
I received no autoresponder.
I tried again with Jotform as the sender and it worked
I have checked Email History log on your account and I saw that all notifications were sent successfully, like you mentioned.
It seems that our admin log was not showing all data for your email addresses.
Please check spam, trash and bulk folders and if you find them there please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder any more.
Please contact with your email provider and request them to add JotMail's IP Addresses to their whitelist. http://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
