Unable to designate sub folders in the Dropbox integration
Hi,
We have had issues with the integration to Drop Box, as we are unable to designate subfolders. My colleague has been in contact with someone about this previously, but it hasn't been resolved.
For the form I am working on, I need to have the information export to drop box into two folders: submitting for > firm/company name. Right now, I am only able to select either or; however, I noticed that Google Drive allows you to choose more than one folder.
Can you please help??
Thank you!

Here's the old thread with the suggestion on how to do it in the integration:

Please check the workaround given by my colleague and let us know if you can get it to work or not. I checked your form and I couldn't find the field to combine the two fields so I'm not sure if you have tried it already. Please confirm.
And just to note, you cannot use slashes in the folder name. Dropbox don't allow it so with Windows. Please check this guide for more details about the folder names in Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/en/help/145.

Thank you for resending. I have tried this (see form). All of the submission files are dumping into one folder titled "100" in dropbox. I am having trouble following the instructions. Appreciate your help as soon as possible--we have to send this out at 2 PM EST.

We cannot set two folder levels in Dropbox integration, but we can combine two fields for a sub folder name.
To do this we will need to use a field ID number as an extension parameter, see the next animation.
For example, 'Manufacturer / Maker' + 'Official Product Name'.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
