What type of key are you using? Try disabling and enabling encryption on your form and use your private key in your submissions page to unlock the data: https://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert

I checked your account, and you do no have a single form submission yet. So, nothing can be decrypted, because there is nothing to decrypt. Please use your key when you have submissions.

I have checked all forms on you account and non of them is encrypted.
Forms are not automatically encrypted.
Inside of guide my colleague provided you, you can see how to encrypt your form.
http://www.jotform.com/help/344-What-are-Encrypted-Forms-and-how-to-use-them-as-expert
You need to set Encrypt Form Data option to YES.
Once your form is encrypted, you submitted data will be encrypted as well.
If you want that all new created forms are encrypted by default, then on Settings page of your account check Encryption option.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
