Duplicate page

Is there a way to duplicate a page?  I am setting up a form for people to sign up their children for a program.  I will add six identical pages with conditional logic so that if they don't want to add any more children it will skip to the last page.  Is there a way to avoid setting up that same page with a set of questions over and over?  Can I clone it?

If you want to duplicate pages, you'll need to recreate or copy the fields and set them up, and add multiple pages. You can easily copy or duplicate fields using your form builder by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/242-How-to-Manage-Multiple-Fields 

If what you want is to dynamically allow your users to add pages unfortunately it is not possible. You can however, use a widget that allows your users to dynamically add rows with different input fields.
