How to send follow-up e-mails through JotForm

    Hi,

    I created a form to collect submissions for people who want to join my organization, and i set it to send them auto-confirmation e-mail. Now i need to send a custom e-mail for all of them that signed up. I'm wondering if there is a way on jotform to do so. 

    I would like to do:

     

    Dear {custom_name},

    ...

    ...

    ...

    ....

    I'm afraid that we do not have a feature for sending follow-up emails directly from JotForm. The only option we have is for sending an Autoresponder immediately when the form was initially submitted, which is what you have already set up.

    For sending follow-up emails, you may want to use a third-party emailing service, such as Aweber, MailChimp, MadMimi, or any other of the email services that we support direct integrations with.

    For example, you can look at our guide on How to Integrate with MailChimp, so that email addresses your form collects are automatically sent to your MailChimp account from where you can send follow-up emails and newsletters.

    You can also try using our own Newsletter App, but it may not support the customization features for having the name of the customer in the email:
