a cancellation request

    Hello

     

    I upgrade by mistake to a yearly bronz eplan but I would like to have a montly plan.

     

    Is it possible to cancel the yearly one and go on with the monthly one?

    I have cancelled and refunded your yearly subscription.  You should see the refund in about 5-7 business days.  You can upgrade to whatever subscription you'd like at your earliest convenience.
