Form Problem In Mozzilla but Not In IE

Asked by Paul McCoy  on February 04, 2016 at 02:29 PM

I have run across a peculiar problem. A registration form flashes at the bottom of the page. The full form is present then the top of it is at the bottom flashing. Two preview buttons are side by side. I deleted it, redesigned it from a new form everything possible. It does this only in Mozilla and not in IE Form.

The problem is not your form, if you load your form's direct link in any browser, you will not see that "second heading" at the button of your form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60326003942951

The problem has to do with your page, it seems like you have also embedded another customized code of your form, so in other words, you have embedded the form twice:

I would recommend you to remove any code, related to your form, from your webpage and re-embed using the Iframe method: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the iFrame part in your webpage, example:

    Thank you .
Do you have a "post a review form" where viewers can write and have it immediately appear on the page, typical review and rating?

Do you have a survey form where each series of questions are on a page with a back button to change answers before submitting, a typical survey?

    Again thanks,
