Thank you page text shows HTML code instead of a thank you text

    Hello.. Why does my "Thank You" edit option show up as html code and not the text format? As shown above?  Thanks

    This seems as if the editor code did not load for you for some reason. It does not however seem to be happening at this time.

    I presume that this was happening on the following form: http://www.jotform.com/form/10162333155. Can you please let us know if it is still happening for you?

    Hello,

    Yes, it is continuing to happen.. and every where the form is located, in template mode, design mode, on the webpage.. just continues to show that it's loading non stop..   thx

    I took a look at your thank you page, but I can not recreate the same issue. I presume that it could be the issue with the browser rather than with the builder.

    To confirm this, please do using another browser or if you are using FireFox to try it in the Private Window.

    You can see what happens if I try to edit your thank you page on my FireFox:

    Yes sir it works in Mozilla private page.. so what does this mean I should clear cache? Thx

    You can clear the browser cache to see if that fixes the issue on that specific browdser. You can also upgrade the browser to the latest version. Let us know if the issue persists.
