We have several support staff that speak Turkish, unfortunately, none of them are on at the moment. In any case, if fields are missing from the email notification, they can be added in manually. Replace the fields in your notification with the proper ones by clicking on them in the right hand column, it will place the proper field ID:
Alternatively, if you would like the most update field ID for all your fields added to your notification, creating a new one will do so:
