    Hi there,


    The email address customerservice@crislu.com  has stopped receiving all warranty and return submissions made via our website. Could you please add customerservice@crislu.com so it will receive these submissions?

    It seems like the email address customerservice@crislu.com was in our bounce list, which is why you were unable to receive emails. I have removed it from the list so you should be able to receive emails properly now. You can also remove addresses from the bounce list on your end. Simply follow this guide: How to remove your email address from bounce list
