I cannot see my created forms or forms that were previously shared with me.

If the forms shared with you can no longer be seen on your account, that might mean that the original user has removed your account as their sub-user. If you may, you can provide us with the username of that account so we can investigate further.

There are forms shared with me by "dwsmgr". I can see those now, but I copied a form and then edited and published the copy. <script type="text/javascript" src="https://form.jotform.com/jsform/60269027933155"></script>
I do not have access to this form in my forms or my shared forms. I have not been able to contact Mr. Thimpson (who shared the form originally) as I have been out of town, but I plan to speak with him tommorow. I'm thinking that since I cloned a shared form, maybe he will have access and need to share it with me? Otherwise any help you could offer would be great.
Thanks,
Taunya

It seems like the form you mentioned (http://www.jotform.us/form/60269027933155) is not shared with your account. You will need to ask the user dwsmgr to share the form SP3300 Order Request to your account (taunya).
