Saved forms are not showing in My Forms page

I've lost TWO saved jotforms two days in a row. What the fuck. 

 

They've both been saved. I tested the emails. Got a link. Posted and shared. And then when I go back to my forms it's nowhere to be found and an old form from last year has replaced it.

 

Give me my 4 hours ago back and my jotform.

Can you please let us know which two forms have been lost? The link to them or their form ID will help us check where they are or what may have happened.

Are these the ones you were missing? If these are the two, I would kindly recommend logging out of your JotForm account and logging back in, to ensure you've started a fresh session and see if the forms are showing in your My Forms page.

If you are missing some other forms, they may have been created when you were not logged into the JotForm account, in which case their form ID will help us track them down and move them correctly to your account.

I had to recreate it a third time. So far it's stay saved. I'm not going to
even login again to make sure nothing can be changed.
I was logged in and saved every step after the first loss.

If you ever get a form lost in such a way that it is not showing in your My Forms page, please do include a form ID or link, and we'll be happy to look for any such forms. The most likely cause of the issue you had would be that your login session expired and you may have been logged out. While logged out, changes to the form of an existing account would not be saved.
