Submissions don't complete automatically. I have to manually complete each one. Why? What do I need to do to make them automatic?

If you are referring to incomplete payment submissions, if the payment are being received but the submissions are still showing as incomplete, you may need to enable IPN in your PayPal account:

Without this enabled, the confirmation that a payment was completed will not be forwarded to JotForm and all payments via PayPal will show as incomplete.
