We get a lot of suspicious emails so our filter is blocking Mandrill. How can we still get submission notifications and confirmations if we do not want to unblock Mandrill? (see image below) We used Jotform in Oct of 2015 and did not have this issue - has something changed since then?

You can whitelist our specific domains and IP's. The following guide should have the full list:

This is if you are using "noreply@jotform.com" as your sender email.
