Form submissions fields unchecked now

On my form, Fiverr Order Form, whenever I go to the submissions to download as an excel file, most of the fields are unchecked so I have to take the time to recheck them all every single time. How can I get it to automatically show all fields like my other forms do? I don't see a save button after I check all the fields. Again, this is only in submissions not edit or view. Please help! Thanks :)
