If I delete a submission from my the Excel file that all my submissions are exported to, will it delete it permanently?

 Or do I have to delete it directly on your website?

I would like to be able to delete it on the Google doc Excel file that iall submissions are exported to. Can I do that?

If you are referring to the Google Spreadsheet integration, no it won't delete the submission in your JotForm account. The integration between your form and on Google spreadsheet is only one way. We can only push data to your spreadsheet but we cannot fetch information from it. Thus any change in the spreadsheet will not reflect in your submissions in the JotForm account.

To delete a submission, you need to do it in your submissions page. Here's a guide on how to view your submissions in your account: http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions. Deleting a submission is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers.
