I am trying to encrypt my forms for submission.Asked by gromiric on February 08, 2016 at 11:19 AM
I am trying to encrypt my forms for submission. When I hit the create encryption keys for me, it just keeps rotating and does not go to the "opening jotform key" screen. Why is it not generating a key?
This is a re-post of a comment on Encrypted Forms and How to Use Them
I tried doing it in my Firefox browser and after creating an encryption key, it prompted me to download it.
It took a couple of minutes, but was able to download it properly. Could you try clearing your browser's cache, if you have an existing key downloaded from your other form, it is by default saved in your local browser storage.
Could you please also try a different web browser also. Perhaps Google Chrome? See if you'll get the same problem. We'll wait for your response.
