    Our questions are not being answerd.

    I have sent emails asking questions that are not being answered. How can I get my questions answered? Is there a phone number??? I need help. I need it TODAY. Projects are going uncompleted because I have no technical support.

    As you can see there, there is one post that you have made on one forum thread today, slightly before opening this thread. This is the link to the same: http://www.jotform.com/answers/764815

    Other threads from you are 5 days ago, 2 weeks, 3 weeks ago, and so on.

    Each question however was answered.

    Now since based on what you have mentioned it seems that you are not receiving email replies and you should have, I have checked and found your email in the bounce list.

    The reason why it was there is because your email server had rejected the email at one point.

    This is the reason that was given by your email server:

    smtp; 554 5.7.1 The message from (<00000152c20f2e22-110bdc6f-14d1-4c20-a17c-b71573b6abf3-000000@amazonses.com>) with the subject of ((TEST) Sexual Harassment Training Complete) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.

    My suggestion is to check in with your IT department to see what exactly caused it and how to rectify the same.

    Based on the message it seems that one of your forms might have had a subject: "(TEST) Sexual Harassment Training Complete" and that the same is against the policy of your email server.

    If so you might need to work with your IT department on finding the right subject line or whitelisting the same.

    Do note that without any change, your email server will bounce off the emails again.
