here is the form:
I would like to the payment option out and just have this form as a reg. form ...when someone clicks SUBMIT, the info (order) just goes to a email instead of them paying for it online

You can turn it into a regular form by deleting the payment module and replacing it with a Purchase Order.
Click the X button as seen below.
Then add the Purchase Order.
Or you can use a regular checkbox instead. Delete the payment module then add a checkbox field to replace the payment module.
Input the menu in the options and you're all set.

I tried this answer on my form (same problem) and it did not reset my form so that I can receive regular submissions. My form is currently locked out. Can the type of my form be changed or something, now that I've removed my payment option? I just need regular submissions now. Thanks.
