My form notifier does not send me the quiz score.

Hi, I created a form that is set up as a quiz, and it delivers the score to the user at the end, but it is not recording the score in the responses or sending it in the email notifier. How do i fix this?

I've tried submitting your quiz form and see that the questions are displayed in the Thank you page. It seems that you have not selected the options to send email with quiz results and to display the correct answer.
