Are you unable to open images that are uploaded to your form on Submission page of your account? I have logged in to your account and I was able to see and open all uploaded images.
Maybe it was temporary issue. If you are still unable to view uploaded images or if I did not understood your question correctly, please provide us more details about your issue. Also if possible, please provide us a screenshot of error message that you are getting.
