    Receive form submissions with JotForm

Asked by Paul Prior  on February 09, 2016 at 06:09 AM

I'm starting up a company in Australia that will be nationwide, I will have staff in each state and each week they will be attending events and completing forms. For them to do their role I will need to prepopulate a database so my staff can select some data from a drop down menu as well as providing some of their own observations. They will be required to rate certain things out of 10 and provide a comment that is likely to be a couple of paragraphs long.

Once they have done their assessments I need all the data to be "feed" into a central database where it generates pre-programmed reports.

I did have a go at creating a form and did so but I found the filed hard to navigate particularly scrolling up and down,

I also couldn't expand the size of the box for my staff to leave a comment, I'd like it to look like this box I am typing in now.

    Thanks

Thank you for your interest in our service.

We do not have any built-in options to pre-populate the forms from the remote databases. It should be possible with a custom programming modifications, but you will need to hire a developer for this.

The form submissions will be stored at your JotForm account.

We have moved that question into a separate thread and will get back to you quickly.
