    I would like to display multiple options on dropdown field

    Asked by Lori on February 09, 2016 at 09:06 AM

    Can you tell me how to get the drop down labels to show more than one option?  It is difficult to scroll and see the 36 options while holding ctrl and selecting multiple numbers.  I tried using the label options at the top of the page to change the setting to show 5 at a time, however, it did not change.  What am I doing wrong here?

    Also can I send the form to publish but still do a sandbox test in background and if necessary edit the form?  Will I have to re-publish or will the changes automatically update eventhough it has been published?

    Please try adding the following css code:

    #input_57 {
        height: 60px !important;
    }

    As an alternative you can clone the demo form:
    I moved your second question to a new thread as it is a different situation. You can find it here:

    I wrote this at the top of the CSS code box but it hasn't changed anything on the drop down label?
    I do not know how to clone the demo? Plus I have two labels I want to show more than one line for and the clone only fixes the one box.
    Suggestions?

    You can clone forms by following the guide my colleague also linked in her post:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

    When it comes to the fields showing multiple options, this is how your form appears on my end:

    They are already set up to display multiple options, and I see that the following CSS code was added to your form successfully:

    #input_57 {
    height: 60px !important;
    }
    #input_39 {
    height: 60px !important;
    }

    Everything seems to be working correctly now. If you need any further assistance, please let us know and we will be happy to help.
