form gets stuck at please wait

Dear support, 

my form gets stuck the please wait button and seems to never finish. 

It's my "Download DE" form, which has a few conditions attached. People can download two different files depending on their dropdown selection, but need to submit their email first...

First I though it was an issue with the WP Page Builder Plugin that I use. But it's not working with the regular editor either.

I tested your form directly and was able to submit without any problems.

As you have mentioned, it seems like you are embedding your form to Wordpress. Are you embedding it to a website built in www.wordpress.com or are you using the www.wordpress.org files?

See if any of the methods mentioned works. You can also share us the link to your website, and how you are embedding it. We'll wait for your response.

Thanks a lot. I think i got it to work by embedding the iframe code. The site not online yet, but it seems to be working on local host…
