    Gift Registry widget: Option allows to be selected during the process of loading the widget

    I think I possibily found out where the issue is coming from :

    When opening a form including gift registry widget, in my website, it takes few seconds before the form is available to place a subscription. A grey rectangle hides the options and a wheel is running.

    If you wait until it's over, everything is OK, but if one "clicks" in this grey rectangle as the wheel is still running, it seems that it perturbs the system and you get the number of item "inscription" at the level created, not taking acount the number of subscriptions allready placed. However, the problem seems to be very random.

    I'm unable to replicate the problem on your website (http://www.lyonembellissement.com/nos-balades-1/mars-2016/bellecour-1/). I also tried it on the form itself. I see that the option is checked by default is the option has no more available slots.

    I tried to click the option "Inscription" while the widget is loading. But it remains that same. Here's a screencast: 

    The error you might have experienced might be related to how you have embed your code, I'm mentioned in the original thread that you try using the iFrame embed code, that will prevent any script or code conflict that might be causing the problem. If you are still getting the problem despite using the iFrame embed code, let us know here and we'll check it further.

    Thank you for your answer.

    I am unable too at the moment to replicate the problem in my website. But, to day the looding time of widget in the form is very quick. When I noted the issue, loading time was much longer.

    I'll follow your advice about Iframe embed code, hopping is the solution. But I am in doubt.
