I am paying for your service and my forms collect private data from my customers. How can I continue to trust Jotform if you guys only give us useless explanations like that?
This is a re-post of a comment on JotForm.com Suspended

Imo Daniel regardless of what service you use and how much you pay for it, the sad truth is this has been out of jotforms control. If you want somebody to blame, blame the secret service. They are the ones who insta-ban anything without question (or court order).
Sadly, in this day in age we have to fight this kind of thing. I am sure the folks at jotform are doing everything they can to get the service back to normal.
Also, no data has been hacked or anything like that. Just the domain got shut down. So your private data is (i imagine) still as secure as secure can be.
