Form Over Quota Message

    Hello, 

    I'm getting a Form Over Quota Message from the jot form link I created. I'm on the free trail, I understand that my subscription has a limit of 100 submissions A MONTH , however, there are only 88 submissions TOTAL from last year and this year not within THIS MONTH....how do I resolve this? I need to know how resolve this problem ASAP!

    I see that you've upgraded to the Bronze plan. Your forms are also working fine now.

    Just to clarify, it is your upload storage that passes the 100MB limit for the free user. You currently have 134.47 MB in total. You can simply clear your upload storage by deleting the submissions with files attached to it. However, since you are currently on the Bronze plan, I don't think this is necessary since your upload storage limit is now increased to 10GB.
