Can't login to account

    I created a form for my clients and now none of the emails I would have used seem to be working. Here is the form I created and need to edit:

    It appears that the form you have linked ( was created on a guest account. Forms are created on a guest account when a user does not sign up or login to their account. 

    To be able to edit the form, I suggest you sign up for a free Jotform account with your email address. The form should automatically move to your new account. If it doesn't, then you can contact us here so we can manually move the form for you. You should be able to edit the form once it is on your registered account.
