Required conditional fields not updating depending on selection

Hi

I am using conditional fields (required) attached to a specific question. If I select option a. in answer to the original question, a set of conditional required options appears. However, if I change my mind and go back to select option b. in response to the original question, the option a. conditions do not disappear. I am then stuck as they do not correspond to answer b.

In the attached screen shot, if I register as a Writer, I am asked 'What type of qualifying work I am submitting'. If I select 'A Short Film', and then 'Selected for a Festival', I am required to input the name of that festival in the subsequent drop down. However if I change my mind and decide my qualifying work is a 'Feature Length Screenplay', while the new conditional option appears ('In order for the screenplay to be eligible...'), the old one associated with the 'Short Film' selection does not disappear - causing obvious issues.

How do I fix this?

To my understanding you are basically having an issue with one or more of your conditions not showing the appropriate information based on user selections.

More than likely that means that something in your conditional logic probably isn't configured right so in turn it is creating this conflict.

When I tested your form I found that I am able to replicate this problem. It seems that you are referring to the "Please Select Approved Festival" field which remained when changed.

We'll need some time to look into this problem more to help correct it and we will provide you with an update about it as soon as possible.

Looking into this issue furthermore it seems there was a minor temporary problem that may have affected your form not reflecting the correct conditions when chosen.

When checked your conditions I found you have it all set up correctly already as far as I know.

However, testing it more on this field by itself I noticed it's working on my end. I've cleared your form cache to refresh it which has also refreshed your conditional logic.

Can you try it again now and let us know if the problem still exists?
