Are" my forms" be transferable to another to another acct?

One of my clients wants to do their own forms. To save them time is there a way i can transfer all the forms I have made to them.

You may provide us the username of the account where you want to transfer your forms as well as the names/links of them, we will be glad to move them for your.

You may also provide the links to the owner of the account where you want to transfer the forms, and he/she may clone them by following this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. 

Transferring the forms, will include the submissions, cloning the forms will only include the form, the submissions will stay in your account.
