User can not see information

    We have set up an additional user but they can not see teh submission information for each form which they need to do.

    Is there a setting we are missing as I can see all information when clicking on the submissions icon??

    The user you shared your forms with has EU only data enabled, whereas your account does not:

    This setting needs to be the same for both accounts or the submission data will not be accessible by the other.
