I just try to cancel my account, but I couldn't. It appeared "Error canceling your subscription. Please get in contact with our support team.Sorry for the inconvenience. ".
What I have to do to cancel? I don't use Jotform, so, I really want to cancel the service.

Our pricing plans have been restructured, so it will not be possible to access the old pricing plan that you have active on your account. As requested I cancelled the Premium monthly subscription #92207886. Your account sclemes will downgrade to a free plan on 02-25. Please see here your new monthly limits:
