I requested information to come to my e-mail. However, nothing has arrived to assist me in remembering the password.

I see that your email address is in our bounce list and hence you are not receiving any emails from us. I've now removed it from the bounce list. You should be able to receive emails without any issue. You may now request for password reset again to receive the instructions.
