A form (application) was filled out by one of our residents and submitted (he received the Thank you response) but it never showed up in our email inbox. the only way we found out about this was he was at a meeting and asked someone if we had received his application.

Date submitted: Feb. 3, 2016
Form Name: Planning and Zoning Commission
I checked and our email (email@example.com)is not in your bounce list.
I'm a bit worried because I hope this did not happen to other applicants and that we never received their application.

Our mail logs shows good delivery of notifications:
Please check spam folders. In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names, if the issue continues, as we use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.
