    The website was done using iWeb. When I look at the site through iWeb, it is there. When I look at the page on the jotform site, it is there. Yet it does not show on some computers. The website is justbasements.biz and the page is the contact page. On the HTML Snippet, it shows <script src="//form.jotform.us/jsform/11904707227"></script>

    Hi Patrice,

    I have check your page source and found problem on it. The div which holds the form has smaller height that the form itself. To avoid this form cut off you have to increased this div height, the ID is widget1.

    <div class="com-apple-iweb-widget-HTMLRegion" id="widget1" style="height: 580px; left: 29px; opacity: 1.00; position: absolute; top: 17px; width: 641px; z-index: 1; ">

    Please change 580px to 680px that should solved it. As what I've heard iWeb is drag and drop UI, is there anyway you can drag and increase the height on the container where your form is added?
