Help - How long does it take for a payment to complete?

    I just did a test submission with payment. I received notification from PayPal that my payment went through, but on the form submission it is still showing as incomplete.  How long does this take?  thank you!

    It should be instant. If not,  you have to make sure that IPN is enabled in your account. Here's our guide for IPN settings:
