    If I understand correctly, you want to add submission to your form? I believe this documentation can help you with sending a generated submission to a form in jotform. http://api.jotform.com/docs/#post-form-id-submissions

    By the way, if your data is in CSV or Excel format, you can import it directly to your form. Just check this guide for more information: Import App Easily import your Excel or CSV data into JotForm.

    Hi, thank you very much for the reply.

    This is how I made it work:

    $jotformAPI = new JotForm($apiKey);

    $submission = array(

       // First submission

       array(

           "3" => array(

           "text" => "este es el nombre",

           ),

           "4" => array(

               "text" => "este@email.com",

           )

           ,

           "5" => array(

               "text" => "este es el telefono",

           ),

           "8" => array(

               "text" => "esto es un comentario",

           ),

           "9" => array(

               "text" => "vienen del chat",

           )

       )

    );

    $data = json_encode($submission);

    $response = $jotformAPI->createFormSubmissions($formId, $data);
