Help with show/hide conditional logic in my form

We are making a form and we are having a problem: When you choose an option from "Tipo de Documento" then opens another field and then "Para Cuando Lo Necesitas" my problem is that if you choose for example: Ensayo>OptionX > 10 días and then you CHANGE the option "Tipo de Documento" to "Trabajo de libro" the option "Para cuando lo necesitas*ensayo" stays! it doesn't dissapear and this happends viceversa... So again: If you choose any option of "Tipo de Documento" and then follow the instructions until "Para cuando lo necesitas" and then for any reason you want to change "Tipo de documento" option (which is the first option) some of the fields stay in the form instead of starting again step 1. Understood? Help with that?

You won't be able to recreate the problem because I've updated the form, but still that error happends. thanks.

Could you please set up a cloned version of your form with the problem which we could check out, and look for ways to make it work in your desired manner for you?

It sounds like you may be having either a conditions conflict with the way the form used to be set up, or your conditional rules were set up with rules that were still being matched even when changing the selection in "Tipo de Documento" field.

Usually, we can solve it by making your conditional rules show other fields only if several desired actions are met (fields are filled):

For us to look for the exact cause and solution on your form, we would need to see how your form is set up when it is displaying that problem. If you need assistance with resolving it, could you please provide us with a copy of the form that is exhibiting the behavior, and we'll be happy to check it out. Thank you.

Ok I wil do asap, in the mean while, why I can't see the "If ALL Of the If RULES" statement in my end? How to enable that?

The option for IF ANY and IF ALL will only appear if you have multiple IF statements in your condition.
