Lost last saved version of a form

I've been working on a form "2016 Spring Break Camps Enrollment" for a while. I made several changes and then preview a few minutes ago (2/11/16 around 12:05am). It looked good but still needed some changes. When I went back to the form (it had taken me to the paypal site) it went back to a previous version. I need to recover my last version. Help please.

All the form revisions between every save are available in the Form revision history. You may revert to the earlier working version of your JotForm by following the guide below:
