clarification about technical features

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing because I would like to receive additional information regarding the features of your survey tool.
    I have a list of requirements, but I was not able to find all the information on your website.

    I am supporting a non-profit organization and we are looking for a survey solution. I have the following questions regarding your product:
    - Is it possible to build the forms in Portuguese language? Is your tool available in this language? Our end-users only speak Portuguese.

    - Do you offer the functionality to assign a username and a password to the end-users filling in the surveys? Is it also possible to have different users internally that can manage and send different surveys?

    - Can the end-users upload files, before submitting their reply? If yes, is there a file size limit?

    - Does your system have the option to build up a survey and send some fields already pre-populated, so the receiver only has to confirm if the data is correct?

    - Is it possible to send an automatic thank you message, once the end-users submit the survey answers?

    - Are the surveys sent from your domain, or is it possible to customize with the name of the non-profit organization?

    - Is it possible to integrate with other Apps? If yes, which ones?

    - Do you have any discount for non-profit organizations?

    - Where is your technical support based?

    - Is it possible to build the forms in Portuguese language? Is your tool available in this language? Our end-users only speak Portuguese.

    Yes, you can create Portuguese forms and we have a Portuguese version. 

    - Do you offer the functionality to assign a username and a password to the end-users filling in the surveys? Is it also possible to have different users internally that can manage and send different surveys?

    No.

    - Can the end-users upload files, before submitting their reply? If yes, is there a file size limit?

    Yes. You should choose "All Multiple" for the upload field if you would like them to upload before submitting. The upload size is defined by you. Our server limit is 1GB.

    - Does your system have the option to build up a survey and send some fields already pre-populated, so the receiver only has to confirm if the data is correct?

    It is possible to edit submissions. So, you can create a form, fill it and send it to someone to complete it. You can also use pre-populate features

    - Is it possible to send an automatic thank you message, once the end-users submit the survey answers?

    Yes, you can send an auto-responder to the person who fills the survey.

    - Are the surveys sent from your domain, or is it possible to customize with the name of the non-profit organization?

    Yes, it is possible to change the reply-to name and email address.

    - Is it possible to integrate with other Apps? If yes, which ones?

    Currently, only with Dropbox. Let me know which apps you are interested. 

    - Do you have any discount for non-profit organizations?

    Unfortunately, no.

    - Where is your technical support based? 

    We have a support team of 10 part time employees from all around the world.
