i just upgraded to Bronze....but still get the message: Form over quota This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

Your account is showing the Bronze status in our end, you should consider to do a fresh login (logout and login back again).

Thanks Jeanette, I see the bronze status now. But visitors are still confronted with the message:

"Form over quota This form has exceeded its allocated quota"  

Please help... we are having a major deadline this Friday. 

I see the that the link https://form.jotformeu.com/daanm/aquanl-waterforum shows such message, but I am not able to find the form in your account, I found this one which has a similar name.
