Sorry for the inconvenience. I cloned your most recent form and tried to create a PDF. I was able to recreate the issue.
You might have some issue with the PDF depending on the size of fields you may have. There are still some limitations with the Fillable PDF creator. For more information about Fillable PDFs, please check out this guide: Fillable PDF - Everything you need to know about JotForm Fillable PDF
Nevertheless, I will report this issue to our back end team so they can investigate the issue further.

The issues should be fixed, though generation of PDF files may be a bit slow at the moment.
