As the Ihr Preis field is included in your email notification, I believe you are talking about the Autoresponder.
If that is correct, you can add this field to your autoresponder emails by editing your autoresponder:
In the autoresponder, to add the field into the body of the email, simply click on that field in the column on the right side:
This will add the field you to your email notification or autoresponder.
