Create PDF Form resulting in XML error

Asked by cdyes on February 12, 2016 at 11:48 AM

Whenever I go to "More" and then try to create PDF form, it takes me to the following link:

    It gives me the error

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
          <Error><Code>AccessDenied</Code><Message>Access Denied</Message><RequestId>E7BD11C01187024E</RequestId><HostId>yhT11RY3KpNiLAMYphCnivchrsHLsdPaYSXVrB1RK1hEgi30HyUBphJ4wivTpBV6</HostId></Error>

I have seen this posted on several forums, but there is no real answer.

Thank you very much for letting us know, it looks like the PDF files are not being correctly uploaded to Amazon after using the Create PDF feature.

(The XML error is a generic one, which appears any time you try to access a file which does not exist on Amazon).

I have forwarded this to our developers to have it fixed, we will let you know as soon as it is fixed. Thank you.

Our developers informed us that this issue has been fixed, though the generation of PDF files may be slow at first.

Please try it again and let us know if you experience further issues. Thank you.
