Want to upload an edited image previous image reloads

I uploaded an image to Jotform  and then I had to edit it. I deleted the previous image but the edited image does not upload only the previous deleted image uploads. I went into my web browser and deleted my history, refreshed my page and restared my computer. I get the same results the old image is what uploads not the new image.

If I can understand correctly, the issue occurs when you try to upload an image to your form.

Could be possible to upload your image to a cloud service such as Dropbox or Google Drive and share it with us? 

We will download your image and will make some test in our end.
