Issue integration JotForm with Highrise CRM

    I'm able to authenticate my account but when I try to match my fields there are no options in either dropdown menu (and both are required). Screenshot attached.

    It seems working fine for me.

    I also tried it on a cloned version of your form and I can see them on the dropdown.


    Since you have textboxes and email field in your form 42304323515140, you should see these in the dropdown list as seen above. If not, please try to relogin from your account, and then try it again. This might help.
