I created a form and submitted a request to find it and the submissions associated with the form: https://form.jotform.com/53346146508153
I received an email that said:Answered by KiranI see that the form is associated with the account sebarbe which is registered using a different email address firstname.lastname@example.org. You may get the access to the form by logging into this account. If you have forgotten the password, you may request for a reset from the login screen so that the password reset instructions shall be sent to the account registered email address.
I may have spelled my email wrong because I cannot change my password: email@example.com.

Can you please check your spam/junk folder. Also, please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.

Unfortunately, we don't offer phone support. The best way to reach us is through this Support Forum where you can post questions and we will be gladly answering them with the best of our knowledge. Thank you.
