    I don't know how long your service was down but not knowing about how long makes me think you may have known about the issue but didn't want to release it for whatever reason.  I just wanted to let you know what happen which I am not aware of what happen but being a free customer and not a paid customer I am blown away by how you have handled everything very nonshalautly.  You offer a product that is great but realizing what happened and how it could have affecting my business is huge and for that I will not be using your product any longer and will be advising everyone else I know the same thing.

    Sorry for the issue but the issue is not our fault. Secret Service blocked us. It was injustice.
